Would a auto ac/dc inverter work to heat a small house heater in your car?

I know this would be a temp fix. if it worked

Yes but it would have to be heavy duty enough to be able to handle the wattage demand of the heater.

The only problem is, it would drain the battery very quickly and shut off.

My RV has two VERY LARGE RV deep cycle batts, and I can run electric heaters for only a few hours.
