Autocad Lt 2012

Autocad LT 2012 Isometric?

I have to make 2 isometric drawings in my cad class for college, I downloaded a 30day trial of Autocad LT 2012 does anybody know how to get into the drafting settings to change to isometric drawing?

Go to ‘View’ at the top of the screen, run down to ’3D views’ and select ‘Front’. If you now draw the front view as you would on a drawing board, it will help when you change to Isometric.Now go again to ‘View’ and ’3D views’ and select ‘SW Isometric’ and your view will change to an Isometric view, but the UCS is still in front. To draw in ‘Left’ go to the UCS icon at the top and click on it. In the command line type ‘g’ and return (or enter) to change the UCs option . Now type ‘L’ return, to draw in the left view. If you want to draw in any of the other views, repeat the process. eg (To draw in ‘Top’ go to the UCS icon at the top and click on it . In the command line type ‘T’ return etc …….)

You are now drawing in three dimensions.
