Autodesk Inventor 2011

Can i make south park characters in Autodesk Inventor?

I am currently drawing the south park characters for fun in Auto-desk Inventor. I have the basic body but am having trouble with adding the faces and it looking good. I am using 2011 pro. This is a class project any help would be great.
