Autodesk Inventor Student Free

Why does this error pop up?

I was trying to launch the free student version of Autodesk Inventor Professional 2009 on my desktop, but when I did, I got this error: “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click on OK to terminate the application.” The installation of the product went just fine, but for some reason that error comes up when I try to launch it. Please help!

I suggest you re-post this question in the proper section for problems with Computer programs.
