In Autodesk Inventor, How can I make a part move between two constraints?

By this I mean, lets just say I want to make something that telescopes, I have the constraint of the lip that keeps the inner tube from sliding out of the outer tube, AND it can move freely all the way until the inner tube hits the deepest point of the outer tube. I use to be able to do this but its been so long I can’t remember
