What kind of attorney do I need with service and abuse at an auto dealership?

For over a week I have been dealing with my local Toyota dealership following a warranty repair. Every time I have asked to speak to a manager I have been threatened with non service, been spoken to abusively, etc. They also refused to finish the job correctly and when they asked me to bring the keys back to their loaner vehicle (they had the car back), I told them I would come down with the keys when they had a supervisor contact me. Instead they called the police and filed a petty theft charge against me. The police told me it was unfounded and Toyota national told me to contact an attorney. I need to know what kind of attorney to call. I feel I have been harassed and threatened.
